Add -dev parameter to the game shortcut.
Example:
"C:Program FilesTHQDawn of War - SoulstormSoulstorm.exe" -Dev

Bring up the console to enable cheats:
CTRL + SHIFT + ~ (tilde)

Some cheats only work for Skirmish Mode To enable those:
Make sure "Allow Cheats" under Game Options is set to YES.

Cheat code: Effect:
FOW_ReveallAll Remove Fog of War
fog_toggle Remove Fog
sd_instant_build = 1 Activate Instant Build Player + CPU
sd_instant_build = 0 Disable Instant Build
